How do I handle invalid studies or duplicate uploads? Print

Handling Invalid Studies

Studies cannot be deleted once uploaded, but you can designate a study as “Invalid” to communicate that the study should be disregarded by yourself and others.

Notes you add will append to the first page of the SatScreen report the next time the study is opened.

To mark a study as invalid:

· From the Connection Center, click on "View all Reports", or, Log in to your archived studies through the PatientSafety Login page. Find the incorrect/invalid study.

· Click on the icon.

· Enter notes in text box, if desired.

· Check the “Invalid Study” box.

· Click .

· The study will move to the Invalid Studies queue in the Sleep Study Listings Page.
