Follow these steps to update your password and install the Connection Center update

Step 1: Login to your account and reset your password
  • Open Chrome browser and go to:  https://satcloud.patientsafetyinc.com
  • Log in using your current password.  
  • Follow the on-screen steps to set a new password.
  • Save it in a secure password manager.

Step 2: Uninstall Connection Center (SleepSat and Minolta users only)

  • Close the Connection Center application if it is open.
  • On your Windows computer, click Start → Settings.
  • Select Apps and then Installed Apps (or Apps & Features).
  • Scroll down or use the search bar to find Connection Center.
  • Click it, then select Uninstall and confirm when prompted.
Step 3: Remove leftover files (optional but recommended)
  • Open File Explorer on your pc.
  • In the address bar, enter each of the following locations and delete the Connection Center folders if they exist:
    C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\satscreen-connection-center 
    C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\SatScreen Connection Center
  • Empty the Recycle Bin.
Step 4: Restart Your Computer
Restarting helps clear any remaining background files

Step 5: Download and Install Connection Center
