If you forget to assign the device to your patient and they already ran a study, that study will come through as 'UnAssigned Report'. This should only happen the first time (when you device is brand new and unassigned). Follow the steps to fix this:
1) Log into SatCloud, navigate to your reports page, and find the entry titled "UnAssigned Report"
2) Under "UnAssigned Report", select the blue icon to the right to edit the report name
3) This will open that report, select the blue pencil in the upper right hand corner
4) Edit the name from "UnAssigned Report" to a title you will remember, you will merge this file into the existing patient/ intended patient. For this example, I need to merge this UnAssigned Report to 'Nate Phillips' so I renamed this 'Nate Phillips 2/ to merge', once you edit, make sure you click the save icon in the upper right hand corner
5) Once you save, navigate to the original/ intended patient's profile, open profile, select the green icon in the upper right hand corner
6) This will open a search menu, this is where you search for that report you renamed
7) Select report you need to merge, select "Yes, Merge"
8) Refresh the page, your reports will now be merged into your existing profile
