Return Policy

Customers may return new, unopened Products within fifteen (15) days of delivery date so long as a written request for Return Material Authorization is provided to PSI at orders@patientsafetyinc.com prior to the end of such fifteen (15) day period. Equipment must be returned at the customer’s expense with tracking confirmation within thirty (30) days of return authorization.

Opened items may not be returned for any reason.

SleepSat Warranty

Seller warrants to customer that the SleepSat 3-D Hi-Resolution Oximeter shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date. Re-useable probes shall have a six (6)month warranty and disposable probes shall have a single use warranty. These items shall be further referred to as “Products” within this policy.

Customer may initiate a request for a Return Material Authorization by contacting Patient Safety’s Support Department, at 888.666.0635. Seller shall repair, exchange or replace all Products found to be defective in accordance with this warranty, free of charge, provided that said notification occurs within the applicable warranty period and customer fulfills requirements of Return Material Authorization.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED SHALL APPLY.

This warranty shall not cover any shipping costs for returning the Products to Seller but shall include any shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced Products to customer.

Any evidence of misuse, abuse or tampering with a Product shall void the warranty in its entirety.

In the event of a replacement or exchange, the customer must return defective Products within 30 days of delivery of the replacement Product(s).
