Note: The SleepSat Device Installer is automatically included in the SatScreen Connection Center App installation. If you are a first time user, we recommend you refer to the SleepSat Provider's Guide for instructions on setting up the device and installing and using the SatScreen Connection Center app. We also have a series of set-up videos available at sleepsat.com/resources.
You should only need to install this SleepSat Device Installer separately if the initial installation is interrupted/canceled or otherwise failed, your system has been updated, or if you continue to see a "Waiting for Device, Not Connected" message despite the SleepSat being connected and fully charged.
