Editing patient information after the report has been created

Note: This article describes how to update certain elements of the patient's information. Patient ID and study dates cannot be edited. 



  • From the Patient Safety Connection Center, click on the "View All Reports" button. Or, log in online, at:

  • A web page will appear. Search for your patient by study date or last name, then click on the Patient icon next to the test.

  • Edit the entry, then scroll down to save your changes.


  • Once you have edited & saved the patient information, click on the generate report icon next to the study. Once finished, click the PDF icon to open the new report.
